Rare Spirits and Cornflower Jam are fantastic! Take it from me. I don't know the other two bands but if they're playing with Spirits and Cornflower, that's a heavy endorsement. And the Rusty Nail? That place is epic.
I know that sometimes I get hyperbolic, but the Mendelssohn octet is simply the greatest piece of chamber music ever devised by humans or God or anything. I have been hunting a live performance of this piece for 20 years and now here it is in our backyard and we all have to go.

A.K.A. a Bunch of Bikes with Bells (or horns) on Handlebars. Goal: get some sort of organized soundscape to happen after a startlingly brief rehearsal of hand signals. Deadline for sign-ups 5:20 pm ; rehearsal starts 5:25! Must have a bell on yer bike bars and be willing to follow “conductor”.
