On Saturday, November 8, 2025, Green Woods Charter School will host its Cornhole Tournament and Tailgate Fundraiser in support of the GWCS Annual Fund. The Annual Fund directly benefits our students by providing enriching educational opportunities—including assemblies, service projects, field trips, and extracurricular supplies—all at no cost to families.

Event Details:

• Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM, registration opens at 12:30

• Tournament Entry: $80 per team of two (includes tournament play, one meal ticket per person at the Wraps and Snacks food truck, and non-alcoholic beverages)

• Spectator Admission: $25 per person (includes entry to the event, one meal ticket, and non-alcoholic beverages — does not include tournament play)

• Tournament Format: Round robin play followed by single-elimination bracket

• Additional Features: Raffles, tailgate games, and prizes throughout the afternoon

• What to Bring: Personal cooler and chair

This is an adult-only event, offering a relaxed afternoon of competition, food, and community spirit while supporting Green Woods students.
