The Wizard of Dreams and Nightmares inspired by the The Wizard of Oz with a Philly Cultural lens, following a South Philly Kid Theodore and his home girl Toni, who’s swept away in a storm to the urban-fantasy land of Dreams and Nightmares, where they seek the powerful Wizard of Dreams and Nightmares to get home, meeting Sticks (Scarecrow), Man-Man (Tin-Man), and cowardly Zion (Lion), battling the Baddie Witch of West Philly along with her Baddies, Bad Boys and Tweakers, discovering he possesses the power to return home all along with his ruby red sneakers, learning to believe in himself and finding “no place like home”.
